- All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

- Delivery Time: Expected delivery within 1-3 working days
2. International Shipping
We also ship our products internationally to select countries. International orders are subject to the following:

- Delivery Time: Estimated 10 business days depending on the destination. Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs processing.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged Goods: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@hempcompany.ie with your order number and photos of the damage.
- Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the expected time frame, please reach out to our customer service team. We will assist you in locating the package or arranging a replacement.
